Frequently Asked Questions

Account & Sign In

Do I need a separate account for each child?

No! One account covers all your children, even if they're on different teams or in different sports. You'll see all of them in the app after you sign in.

Can both parents use the app?

Yes. Each parent creates their own account and joins the organization with the same invite code. You'll both have access to the same team information.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. A reset link will be sent to your email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Can I use the app on both my phone and my tablet?

Yes. Sign in with the same email and password on any device.

Joining & Organizations

What is an "organization"?

An organization is your league — like "The Farm League" or "Westside Youth Sports." It's the group that runs the sports program your child is part of.

Where do I find my invite code?

Your league administrator will share it with you. It's usually included in registration materials, sent by email, or printed on a flyer. It looks something like FARM-PARENT-2026. If you can't find it, contact your league.

Can I be in more than one organization?

Yes! If your children play in different leagues, you can join each one with their respective invite codes. The app will let you switch between them.

What's the difference between "parent" and "coach" codes?

Different invite codes give you different access:

  • Parent codes — View your child's team, schedule, chat, and scores
  • Coach codes — All parent features plus team management, lineup tools, and scoring
  • Umpire codes — Game assignments, scoring tools, and game clock

My code says "pending approval." What does that mean?

Some roles (like umpire or staff) require your league administrator to approve your account before you can access all features. You'll get a notification once you're approved. This usually happens within a day or two.

Using the App

How do I see my child's game schedule?

Tap the Schedule tab at the bottom of the screen. You'll see all upcoming games and practices for your child's team, including dates, times, and locations.

How do I get to the field?

On any game in the schedule, tap the location name to open it in your phone's Maps app for directions.

How do I chat with the team?

Tap the Chat tab at the bottom of the screen. You can send messages to your team's chat room. Everyone on the team (parents and coaches) can see the messages.

Can I get notifications for schedule changes?

Yes! The app sends push notifications for important updates like schedule changes, new messages, and score updates. Make sure notifications are turned on in your phone's settings.

How do I see my child's stats?

Tap the Teams tab, then tap your child's team, then tap your child's name to see their player profile and stats.

Troubleshooting
