Stay connected with your child's team! The chat feature lets you communicate with coaches and other parents in real-time.

Opening Chat

Tap the Chat tab at the bottom of the screen to see your team's chat room.

Sending a Message

1. Tap the message input at the bottom of the screen
2. Type your message
3. Tap the send button

Your message will appear in the chat for everyone on the team to see.

Who Can See Messages?

Team chat messages are visible to:

• All parents on the team
• Head coach and assistant coaches
• Team moms

Keep it positive!

Team chat is a great place for game-day logistics, snack schedules, and celebrating the kids. Keep the vibe supportive!

Notifications

When someone sends a message, you'll get a push notification on your phone (if notifications are enabled). To manage notifications:

1. Open your phone's Settings
2. Find G2 Elite
3. Turn notifications on or off

Organization-Wide Messages

Sometimes your league will send messages to everyone — like weather delays, schedule changes, or season announcements. These appear as special notifications with a distinct sound so you know it's important.
