Finding Your Child

After joining your league, you'll want to connect to your child's player profile. This lets you see their team, schedule, and stats.

How It Works

Step 1: Search by Name

After joining your organization, you'll see a "Find My Child" screen. Type your child's first and last name.

Step 2: Select Your Child

The app will show matching players. Look for your child's name, team, and jersey number to make sure it's the right one. Tap their name to select them.

Step 3: Confirm

You'll see a confirmation screen asking "Is this your child?" with their details. Tap Yes to link your account to their player profile.

Multiple Children

If you have more than one child in the league:

1. After confirming your first child, the app will ask: "Do you have another child in this organization?"
2. Tap Yes to search for your next child
3. Repeat until all your children are linked

Switching Between Children

Once linked, you can switch between children by tapping the profile icon on the home screen. Each child's team, schedule, and stats will update accordingly.

Can't Find Your Child?

Situation	What to do
Name doesn't appear	Try different spelling or just the first name. Ask your coach if the roster is up to date.
Wrong team listed	Contact your league administrator — your child may need to be moved to the correct team.
Child was recently registered	The roster may not be updated yet. Check back in a day or ask your league admin.
